INTERNATIONAL

REGULAR FLAT RATE SHIPPING $20

7-17 business days after the parcel is sent.

EXPRESS FLAT RATE SHIPPING $45

From 3-8 business days after the parcel is sent.

Until this time please use the tracking details you have been sent via email to watch your parcels movements.

If you have purchased via PayPal your tracking information will have been sent to your PayPal email address.

 

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number from Australia Post.

Please check you junk mail as some customers find this email is redirected to this folder.

Australian Orders can be tracked via http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

US Orders can only be tracked once arrived in the US via https://www.usps.com

For all other countries please refer to your local carriers.

Some countries are unable to support parcel tracking.

Parcel Tracking is only available to the countries below:

Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Korea,

Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States.

POSTAGE INFORMATION

When ordering within Australia our parcels are all sent via Australia Post and require signature on delivery.

If the parcel is unable to be signed for, the item will be carded.

This card will be left at the address supplied on the parcel and will indicate where your parcel may be collected from.

In most cases the parcel will be located at your local Australia Post Depot. Unfortunately Shipping costs are unable to be refunded or credited. 

Please allow up to 3 days extra for processing at our warehouse. Usually it will not take this long and we will get your order off ASAP.

Time frames are  subject to public holidays and weekends.

PLEASE NOTE POSTAGE TIMES CAN VARY DEPENDING ON LOCATION, NATURAL DISASTERS, CUSTOMS INVESTIGATIONS,

AUSTRALIA POST INVESTIAGTIONS & OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE FACTORS.

THESE TIMEFRAMES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL, WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL ASAP. 

Please take note that customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time to do routine checks essential to most countries.

We aim to get parcels out to our customers as fast as possible and after they have left our warehouse, we have no control of the timeframes.

Please note: Some items are unable to be shipped Internationally due to brand restrictions in Australia.

MISSING PARCELS

On the odd event that your parcel is held up in customs or is lost, investigations may take up to three months to receive an answer from Australia Post Investigation Team.

Unfortunately these Australia Post timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to sort the issue out ASAP.

INCORRECT INFORMATION

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made to your order. 

Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded.

Please note once you have placed your order you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at info@jeanjail.com.au and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Our postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery.

All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs require the value of your order which is stated on your parcel, and it is up to Customs officers to release your parcel.

STORE PICKUP

PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to pick your items up DO NOT pick this option, as your parcel will wait for you to pick it up in our store.

FREE if you are able to pick up your parcel from our store in Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia. Please ensure to bring your receipt to pick up your purchase.

If you are lucky enough to reside close to our store and would like to arrange store pickup to save on postage costs and delivery times
