Returns via Post

Returning Conditions

That the item is within 30 days of purchase.
The product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
Item/s must have all tags still attached.
Return slip must be completed and included with your return.
No returns on sale items, for change of mind.

Returned products are first assessed, you will then be notified when/if your return has been accepted. In most situations you will be issued with a credit note via email. This credit note lasts up to 3 years from issue date. If your return does not satisfy all the conditions for return it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Overseas purchases will be charged postage as charged initially. We cannot take responsibility for change of mind/selection of wrong sizes.

 

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty we are happy to help you out with a replacement or refund if the product you have purchased is:

Significantly different from the description shown
If it is faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection of size.

The Jean Jail Team pride themselves in hand checking item and thoroughly inspecting, all goods before they are sent out to you.

Afterpay and Zip pay

You are only eligible to receive a full refund via Afterpay or ZipPay if the goods are faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced or are not as described.

If you wish to return your product to change sizes or change of mind you are eligible for a credit only. Your credit note will last 3 years from the date of issue. You still have to continue paying your payments as you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount that you paid originally, which you may use straight away.

 

Can I change my order once I have placed it?

Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order and we will try to help. As our warehouse is constantly processing your orders sometimes we may be unable to edit your order as it may already have been processed.

I’ve ordered the wrong item/size and need to change it before my order is sent.

 

What can I do if I purchased the incorrect size?

We always recommend to contact our Customer Experience team via email at info@jeanjail.com.au before you purchase, if you have any questions about sizing. In the unfortunate chance you receive your parcel and the size is not quite right, we are more than happy to return the garment within 30 days of purchase for a credit note which is valid for up to 3 years.

Please Note: Product with prints may vary and colour may differ slightly from photos due to lighting/monitor settings.

 

Can you hold my size for exchange?

Please note due to the high demand for our products, we are unable to hold sizes for exchange. If you are worried about missing out on a size whilst waiting on a credit note, or need the product ASAP we recommend purchasing straight away in the correct size. Once we receive the original size back, we will refund you for the initial purchase to your original payment method. To request this please email our customer service team at info@jeanjail.com.au

 

Security Checks

You may be required to verify your account, if our online support team contacts you. Remember this is for your benefit, to ensure your card is not used without your consent. If we discover anyone trying to use another person's card or details without consent, we will not hesitate to report them to the Australian Federal Police.

MYSTERY PACKS 

Due to huge discounts and these items being in packs we are unable to swap items out for other styles. We are happy to swap sizes over within the packs within the same style, as we know how hard it can be to select the correct size. Our packs are unable to be purchased with any promotional codes due to the amazing value inside.

If you would like to return the entire Mystery pack for a store credit we are happy to do so but remember we have to return ALL ITEMS in the pack for the original price you paid.

We are happy to accept your item for return if you change your mind or for incorrect selection of size, for a credit note. On the strict conditions:

Our Return Form must be completed and included with your return. You can download it here if you have misplaced it.

Generate a Post Label

Use our Returns Portal to generate a post label, wrap your return up in a parcel pack and stick on your parcel.
