Who doesn't love a day at home on the couch binge watching your favourite TV series. We asked some of our staff members what their all time favourites are.

Grey’s Anatomy was an obvious favourite of our staff member Maggie. The high-intensity medical drama, now in its 18th season, follows Meredith Grey and the team of doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial who are faced with life-or-death decisions on a daily basis.

If you enjoy a supernatural drama this series is for you! Skye chose Vampire Diaries. The series is set in the fictional town of Mystic Falls, Virginia. A town consumed with supernatural history,  It follows the life of Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev), a teenage girl who has just lost both parents in a car accident, as she falls in love with a 162-year-old vampire named Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley).

If you haven't seen this series yet you're missing out!
Sophie and Sharon chose the historical fiction crime series Peaky Blinders.  The series follows the exploits of the Peaky Blinders crime gang in the direct aftermath of the First World War. The fictional gang is loosely based on a real urban youth gang.

Friends is an all time classic chosen by Emma, a show about six friends in New York as they navigate their way through life and learn to grow up together. You can never get sick of this series!

Kirsty’s all time favourite was Criminal Minds, a series that follows a group of criminal profilers who work for the FBI using behavioural analysis and profiling to help investigate crimes and find the suspect known as the unsub (unknown subject).

A series for all ages, The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air was Elli's choice. A series about a streetwise, poor young man from Philadelphia who is sent by his mother to live with his aunt, uncle and cousins in their Bel-Air mansion.

Tiarnah picked Animal Kingdom which is a darkly intriguing, although occasionally predictable, twisted family drama. Centered around a Southern California family, whose excessive lifestyle is fuelled by their criminal activities.

Another favourite picked by Maison, Ozark is an American crime drama following Marty Byrde, a financial advisor wrapped up in a money laundering scheme. When the scheme goes wrong, Marty relocates his family from Chicago to Missouri, where he must work to make amends to a Mexican drug cartel, setting up a larger operation in the Ozarks.

Lastly Jess’ all time favourite series Suits is a swaggering, walk-and-talk drama set in a New York law firm. With a backlog of 9 series and 114 episodes. One thing that many fans do not realise about the show is that it was based on a true story. According to the show runner Aaron Korsh, the series was originally inspired by his real experiences working on Wall Street.
