Disappointed with my experience. The Brixton Denim Bomber was significantly more oversized than expected based on the website description and photos. Although the item was unworn and an exchange was no longer possible due to all sizes selling out, I felt there was little flexibility offered. As a customer, I felt that the focus was placed more on enforcing policy than finding a fair solution. I had hoped for a more customer-focused resolution.

Best denim jacket

Love this denim jacket, it’s exactly what I was looking for! The oversized bomber shape that tapers in at the waist is super flattering and it’s roomy enough to chuck a crew or hoodie on underneath for some extra warmth. Also love that the hood is detachable :) 10/10
