Before I purchased the skirt, I emailed Jean jail to ask them if it was a stretchy skirt, so I know whether I should go one size up or down I was told it had a bit of stretching it so I went a size down and the skirt did not fit, and it was not as advertised. I was not able to get a to get a bigger size because I was over their 30 day policy🤷‍♀️
